Learned State counsel has contended that as a result of investigation carried out it has transpired that petitioner Shyama Bai has not played any role in the incident, as such she has been found to be innocent and is not required for investigation. Learned State counsel has pointed out that this has been specifically pleaded in para No. 7 of the reply filed on behalf of the official respondents.
