Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of direction dated 29.01.2025, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ Court. 2.

Upon instructions from Mr. Yadwinder Singh, Superintendent, office of Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala, State counsel submits that pursuant to previous order passed by this Court, petitioner was afforded an opportunity of hearing and a fresh speaking order bearing No. P&G 26/2021/A19, has been passed on 01.07.2025. He has filed a copy of order along with its translation, which are taken on record.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to assail the speaking order. 4.
