(Oral) In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of a direction to the respondents for properly investigating the FIR No. 0260 dated 10.08.2020, under Sections 302, 328, 114, 34 and 120-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station Asauda, District Jhajjar and to take an action against the accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that no action is being taken by the police in respect of the aforesaid FIR. Notice of motion.

Ms. Safia Gupta, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who has also joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel that accused husband of the petitioner has alreasdy been arrested and the investigation has been done properly by the police, the petitioner does not wish to press this petition any further, at this stage.
