Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the appointment of respondent No. 5, (Megha Jindal) vide selection list dated 28.02.2014 (P-14), whereby she was selected for the post of Data Entry Operator. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, has apprised the Court that the aforesaid respondent has already tendered her resignation and she is no more in service; thus present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
