NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the pending gratuity to the petitioner on revised rates. Further prayer has been made to issue directions to the respondents to release the balance amount of revised gratuity to the petitioner along with interest on delayed payment from the date of his entitlement as well his superannuation. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a contempt petition for implementation of the judgment dated 03.03.2011 (Annexure P-2) passed by this Court in CWP No.12904 of 2010, titled as "Subhash Chand and others vs Pepsu Road Transport Corporation and others".
