(Oral) Learned senior counsel for respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.04.2022, the demarcation has been conducted, a copy of which is placed on record as Annexure R-2 and since the encroachment has been removed by Nasib Singh, the main writ petition stands stands dismissed for non-prosecution on 11.11.2022.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of.
