The notice could not be issued to the private respondents, as the petitioners did not file the process fee. 2.

However, learned counsel for U.T. Chandigarh submits that the matter has been looked into and the statement of petitioner No.2 has been recorded and the matter has been resolved between the parties, whereby the petitioner No.2 has gone back to their parents. 3.

In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same, at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
