In compliance of order dated 19.07.2023, all the parties are present and have interacted with each other in the Mediation Centre. The petitioner does not wish to rejoin the husband in the matrimonial house and is ready to keep the child.

In light of the above, the custody of the child is handed over to the mother; however, the mother shall ensure that the father-respondent No.6 is permitted to meet the child after every 15 days i.e. on the first and third Saturday of each month in the Mediation Centre at Patiala. 3.
Since, respondent No.6 has expressed his love and affection for the child, the petitioner is also directed to ensure that on every second PARUL 2023.08.04 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Parties are at liberty to approach this Court, in case, there is any difficulty and the said order is being passed keeping in mind, the interest of the child as paramount. Parties have also informed that litigation qua maintenance is already pending before the Courts at Patiala, therefore, there is no order being passed qua the same, at this stage. 5.
