Learned counsel for the complainant submits that an amount of 15,00,000/- was handed over to the petitioner on 02.03.2023. Thereafter, ₹ neither the said amount was returned to the complainant, nor his son was sent abroad.

Be that as it may, looking at the allegation that the petitioner has received an amount of 15,00,000/- from the complainant, as specifically ₹ mentioned in the FIR, and keeping in view the fact that such like offences are on the rise in this part of the Country (State of Punjab), this Court does not find any substantial reason to extend the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
