The petitioner's grievance is against the order dated 30.12.2015 (P2) passed by District Election Officer, Panchayat District, Mewat whereby her nomination for election as Member Zila Parishad from Ward No.20 & 24 has been rejected on the ground that 8th class educational certificate relied upon by her, is forged.

As the writ petition raises seriously disputed questions of facts which cannot be effectively adjudicated by this Court and that too when the election process has already commenced, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to approach the State Election Commission, Haryana, if so empowered to interfere with the impugned order. It is directed that let the writ petition itself be treated as writ petition-cumappeal on behalf of the petitioner against the impugned order.
