Mr. Rampal Verma, Advocate for the respondent. NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the file shows that the matter pertains to the year 2017 and notice of motion was issued on 18.09.2017. Thereafter, for two consecutive dates i.e. 25.09.2018 and 05.02.2019, the petitioners have gone un-represented. On the next date of hearing i.e. 21.03.2022, the matter was adjourned, at the joint request of learned counsel for the parties. Again, on the last date of hearing i.e. 06.09.2022, the petitioners have gone un-represented. Today, for the 4th time the petitioners have gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
