Annexure P-18 reveals that petitioner-Surender Kumar had participated in the Senior Wrestling (68 kg) and obtained First Division. This Court has also rejected the claim of similar situated persons in CWP No.18915 of 2019 decided on 15.07.2019.

The present writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 15.07.2019 passed in CWP No.18915 of 2019 titled as Pardeep Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others.
