0 $#1% Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 18.07.2018 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner was summoned as an additional accused in an application filed by the prosecution/complainant under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Sub-Inspector Rakesh Kumar, Police Station Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, informs that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial in the present case has concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul vide judgment dated 10.05.2019 arising out of FIR No. 288 dated 19.11.2014 registered under Sections 323/354/452/506/34 IPC, at Police Station Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, Haryana.
