(Oral) Pursuant to a compromise having been taken place amongst the parties as is also mentioned in order dated 27.1.2026, learned counsel for the respondent has today handed over demand draft of Rs.2 lakhs, which is balance amount of the amount agreed amongst the parties, to be paid by the respondent to the appellant. A copy of the said demand draft has been furnished to this Court, which is taken on record.
