(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a remedy before the Registrar Cooperative Societies for raising the grievance as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition and, therefore, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Registrar Cooperative Societies in respect of the grievance, which has been raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case, the petitioner raises any grievance before the Registrar Cooperative Societies, the same will be decided expeditiously by hearing all the necessary parties.
