Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of orders dated 03.06.2024 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, statements could not be recorded before the trial Court because respondent No.2 has gone abroad for his livelihood. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh after return of complainant-respondent No.2. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
