The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.287 dated 04.07.2022, under Sections 408, 120-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Chandhat, Palwal, District Palwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 20.07.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by learned State counsel.

Learned State counsel has apprised this Court that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 20.07.2022 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
