Learned counsel faced with the fact that the relief sought in the petition and the demand raised, it being a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, necessarily has to be same, thus, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable the petitioners to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.
