***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (ORAL) Taken up on the mentioning made by the counsel for respondents No.2 to 4. Case has been called twice since morning. However, none has made appearance on behalf of the petitioners. At this stage, counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 submits that the suit i.e. CS/25/2019, titled 'Lekh Raj Vs. Bheem Singh etc.', has since been dismissed for want of prosecution by learned trial Court, vide order dated 10.03.2026. The counsel has also supplied copy of the said order, which is taken on record.

The present revision petition has been filed to assail the order passed by learned trial Court, on an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 HIMANSHU VATS 2026.05.01 09:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CR-2312-2020 CPC, which was an offshoot of the aforesaid civil suit, which has since been dismissed in default.
