C.M.No.11532-CWP of 2019 in/and CWP No.12043 of 2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has referred to para 7 of C.M.No.11532-CWP of 2019 to submit that some of the grievances raised by the petitioner in the instant petition are similar to those raised in CWP No.26062 of 2018 titled as 'Dr. Vipin Kumar Vs. State of Punjab and others', decided on 24.05.2019 (Annexure P-20) whereby this Court had directed the Chief Secretary, State of Punjab to constitute a Committee to re-consider the entire issue and take a fresh decision. CWP No.12043 of 2016 (O&M) {2} been further submitted that in terms of the order passed by this Court, a Committee has been constituted for the purpose of examining the issue of re-designation of Tutor-cum-Lecturer-cum-Medical Officers (TLMs) and other related aspects. Still further, it has been submitted that the petitioner had also given a representation dated 10.07.2019 (Annexure P-21) with a request that her case be also forwarded to the Committee for decision. Notice of C.M to the non-applicant/respondents. Notice has been accepted in the Court by learned State Counsel, who has submitted that she has no objection in case the representation of the petitioner is referred to the Committee for decision.

Accordingly, the C.M and writ petition are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to refer the representation dated 10.07.2019 (Annexure P-21) submitted by the petitioner to the Committee constituted by the State in pursuance to the directions given by this Court in order dated 24.05.2019 (Annexure P-20) with a further direction that Committee will consider the representation and take a decision thereon by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order after affording hearing to the petitioner.
