*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) The instant petition is of the year 2018. Notice has yet not been issued in the case. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on 22.10.2018, the matter was adjourned to 01.08.2019, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 01.08.2019, the case was adjourned to 13.11.2019 as the members of the Bar were abstaining from work. Thereafter, the case was adjourned by order. However, on 05.07.2022, when the case was taken up, again, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, position is the same as none is present on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the pursuing the instant petition. Accordingly, the application seeking condonation of delay in late filing of the criminal revision petition as well as the criminal revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
