(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that though the reply has been filed by the respondents, but all the contentions, which the petitioner had raised in the present writ petition, have not been replied, rather, a legal notice dated 25.03.2014 (Annexure P-8), which the petitioner has served, is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice by passing a speaking order. Counsel for the respondents states that legal notice dated 25.03.

2014 (P-8) will be decided on its merit by passing an appropriate speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in case petitioner is found entitled for any relief, same will also be released to him in three months thereafter. Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the above statement made by counsel for the respondents, he does not want to press the writ petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
