(ORAL) By way of filing the present revision petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 23.08.2017 passed by the learned Family Court, Faridkot, directing the petitioner to pay final maintenance @ Rs.2000/- each per month (in total Rs.4000/- per month) to the respondents/minor sons of the petitioner. The petitioner has also laid challenge to the order dated 14.08.2017, whereby the defence of the petitioner was struck off by the learned Family Court, Faridkot.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that as the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents/minor sons of the petitioner herein, has already been disposed of vide order dated 23.08.2017, nothing survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of, as such. Ordered accordingly.
