RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to construct and grant possession of the shops which were auctioned by respondent No.4-Panchayat Samiti on 03.12.2001. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have already filed representation before respondents on 17.02.2019, Annexure P-13, and the same has not been decided so far.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Hisar to decide the representation of the petitioners, dated 17.02.2019, Annexure P-13, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, expeditiously preferably within four weeks from today, if not already decided.
