(ORAL) The instant Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking Regular Bail on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.131, dated 12th July, 2019, registered under Sections 307, 506, 328, 148, 149, 323 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bass, District Hisar, Haryana.

The Petitioner, who is a woman, has by now remained in detention for more than 02 months since 29th July, 2020. 3.
Several other co-accused persons have already been granted Bail by various Benches of this Court.

In the circumstances, without commenting upon the other merits of the case and keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take a considerable time to conclude in view of the on-going Covid-19 DEEPAK KUMAR 2020.10.12 19:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M No.31314 of 2020 -2Pandemic, at this stage, this Court is of the opinion that further detention of the Petitioner for an indefinite period is not justified. As such, she is ordered to be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
