Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 12.11.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners were heard in person and the respondents were pleased to grant deemed date of promotion to the petitioners as SDO. The relevant portion of the order dated 23.05.2026, which has been handed over to this Court during the course of arguments and which has been taken on record as Mark A and a copy of which has also been given to learned counsel for the petitioners, is reproduced hereinbelow:- "Keeping in view of above and in compliance of order dated 12.11.2025 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWP No. 33525 of 2025, the petitioners have been heard in person on 14.05.2026. The Governor of Haryana is pleased to grant deemed date of promotion as SDO to the petitioners in Degree holder DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.05.26 15:18 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment

Arvind Sharma (Sty No. 559) (Petitioner No. 2) Granted deemed date promotion as SDO in Degree holder category in the Pay Band of Rs.

930034800+5400 Grade Pay with effect from 27.12.2015 the date from which his junior Sh. Virender Singh Malik (Sty No. 565) was promoted.

Mukesh Kumar (Sty No. 682) (Petitioner No. 3) Granted deemed date promotion as SDO in Degree holder category in FPL-9 with effect from 16.5.2016 the date from which his junior Sh.

Joginder Singh (Sty No. 703) was promoted.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the said order, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to institute appropriate proceedings in case any grievance is still left.
