" ! #  The grievance of the petitioner, who has retired from the post of Clerk with respondent No.3 - College, is that CPF amount has been paid to him @ 10% of the basic pay, whereas, the same is required to be paid @ 10% of the total salary, which means basic pay plus other allowances except house rent allowance. It is contended that the claim of the petitioner is covered by the judgment dated 6.7.2010 (Annexure P(2) rendered by this Court in CWP No.8774 of The petitioner has submitted a justice demand notice dated 25.9.2014 (Annexure P(7) to the respondents raising his aforesaid claim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondents to decide the justice demand notice. $

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and take a decision on the justice demand notice dated 25.9.2014 (Annexure P(7) by passing a speaking order expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
