NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner while praying for setting aside the order dated 21.05.2019, Anenxure P-8, has conceded that an identical revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed. The said order of revision was maintained by the Supreme Court vide order dated 23.09.2019 in SLP No.22030-22031-2019 subject to production of the documents being relevant and admissible. The order of the Apex Court is reproduced below:- "We have heard Ms.Pinky Anand, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioner-Corporation. We do not find any ground warranting interference with the impugned order(s) in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petitions are accordingly dismissed. However, it is made clear that the production of the documents would be subject to the relevancy and admissibility of the documents.
Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of."
