(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that even though the demolition drive was undertaken on 08.08.2025 and some of the part was demolished, however, keeping in view that the concrete slabs are joint, damage to the adjoining building was apprehended. He further submits that, in order to carry out the demolition effectively, notices have been issued to the occupants of the adjoining buildings and the same shall be carried out within a reasonable period.
