This writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the final result dated 03.09.2020 declared by the respondent with regard to the competitive examination held for the appointment of Clerks. The writ petitioner claims that he belongs to the disabled Exserviceman category. Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has put in appearance pursuant to an advance notice of the writ petition, has submitted that the respondent is considering various representations submitted by similarly situated candidates. He refers to an order passed by the Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 14204 of 2020 decided on 11.09.2020. Mr. Chahal has no objection to the proposal made by Mr. Sagar. Civil Writ Petition No. 15231 of 2020 Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent, through its Secretary, to treat the present writ petition as a representation of the writ petitioner and decide the same by passing a speaking order after granting an opportunity of hearing to him through video conferencing within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
