This petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the case arising out of FIR No.0099 dated 13.08.2020 registered under Sections 307/365/353/186/295-A/188 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and Section 51 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from today for seeking regular bail, in accordance with law.
