The petitioner merely seeks an order directing the respondents to decide their application dated 12.06.2015 for issuance of a L-1 licence. Learned counsel for the State states that the concerned authority is the Financial Commissioner (Taxation.) The petition is disposed of by directing the above said authority to take a decision on the petitioner's application in accordance with law by passing a speaking order after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
