Learned counsel for the respondent-CBI refers to para 18D of the reply dated 19.10.2023, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner had signed the loan documents with her co-accused Shri Siddharth Chandra and out of 23 PWs, 19 have already been examined, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all pleas including the ones taken herein, before the trial Court, at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law.

Disposed of accordingly. The trial Court to decide the matter uninfluenced by the observations made in the order dismissing the application for discharge.
