(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.18 dated 21.03.2025 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act (Sections 27-A and 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Kacha Pacca, District Tarn Taran. Since the FSL report has been received, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
