(Oral) The petitioners have filed this writ petition because Sanad filed by them on 31.3.2022 has not been taken up even for preliminary hearing till date. The next date given is 31.8.2022 and meanwhile, possession proceedings have commenced.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos. 1 to 5 only. Mr.AK Kaundal, DAG, Punjab accepts notices on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and waives service.

Considering the nature of the matter, no reply is necessary. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Financial Commissioner Revenue, Punjab to take up the pending revision petition alongwith stay application on the next date of hearing. Till the decision of the stay application, there shall be stay of the dispossession of the petitioners.
