The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 14.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby he was dismissed from service. He is further seeking direction to respondents to release his terminal dues.

Mr.M.S.Dua, Advocate submits that he does not press prayer qua setting aside of order dated 14.06.2019 whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service. The prayer is confined to release of terminal dues which a dismissed employee is entitled to. The prayer of petitioner seems to be just, fair and reasonable.
