PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) CM-9925-CWP-2023 This is an application filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. For fixing actual date in the main writ petition and adjudicate the same in terms of order passed by this Court in CWP-12944 of 2019 dated 30th of May, 2023.
For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed. The writ petition is taken on Board today itself. CWP-12118-2016 Petitioner herein prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of the order dated 25th of August, 2006 whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from services. Further prayer is for quashing of orders dated 14th of May, 2007 and 27th of December, 2007 whereby the appeal as well as revision preferred at the behest of the DEEPAK KUMAR 2023.07.06 09:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CM-9925-CWP-2023 in/and CWP-12118-2016 petitioner stand rejected, as also order dated 29th of January, 2014 passed by respondent No.6 vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner stands dismissed.
The precise issue came up for consideration before this Court in batch of writ petitions including CWP No.12944 of 2009 titled as Malkiat Singh vs. State of Punjab and others, which stands allowed vide judgment dated 30th of May, 2023.
