The petitioner is aggrieved on account of the respondents' charging interest on the amounts payable in respect of an allotment.

The petitioner contends that the basic amenities were not provided till November, 2012. Accordingly, the petitioner contends that interest is payable only thereafter. 3.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take a decision in respect of the legal notice/representation dated 07.09.2015 (Annexure P/8) in accordance with law. The order shall be complied with as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, in its turn.
