Present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Hair Technician in the Department of Cosmetology, Dev Samaj College for Women, Ferozepur as he is being not allowed to mark his attendance, and at the same time there is no termination order issued.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner be allowed to continue in the post and the oral termination be set aside. 3.
I have considered the submissions.
