These three Writ Petitions arise between the same parties in relation to the same facts, and therefore, they are being disposed of by this common order.

The grievance of the petitioner-Bank in these Writ Petitions is that applications under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 filed by it on 24.03.2022, 20.01.2022 and 28.02.2022 (Annexure P-3 in the respective Writ Petitions) have not been disposed of by the respondent No.2 till date. The petitioner-Bank seeks direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1, and states that respondent No.2 shall disposed of the afore mentioned applications filed by the petitioner-Bank as early as possible.

Having regard to the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass the orders on the applications dt.24.03.2022, 20.01.2022 and 28.02.2022 (Annexures P-3 in the respective Writ Petitions) filed by the petitioner-Bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the same to all the parties therein.

Photocopy of this order be attached with the file of the connected cases.
