The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to consider and decide his legal notice dated 27.12.2021 (Annexure P-9) and notice dated 05.04.2022 (Annexure P-12) in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide his representation in the light of Rule 54-A (3) of Fundamental Rules since the respondents vide letter dated 29.03.2022 (Annexure P-121 had intimated the petitioner that a decision in this regard would be taken up soon. 3.
