This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in CWP-20692-2020. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed a copy of the speaking order dated 05.08.2025, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. A copy of the same has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the speaking order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so. 4.
