This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 08.11.2024 passed in CWP-8824-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents' states that order dated 08.11.2024 passed in CWP-8824-2020 has since been complied with and necessary corrigendum would be issued within a period of 10 days from today and the amount would be released within a period of two weeks thereafter. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to deny the fact that order dated 08.11.2024 has since been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
