Learned State counsel on instructions from Ms. Upma, District Development and Panchayat Officer, Palwal, states that the matter is under consideration by respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Palwal - and that the allotment would not be finalized till such time as the representation dated 15.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) is not decided in accordance with law. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Palwal - to decide the representation dated 15.04.2026 (Annexures P-3) filed by the petitioners after affording them an opportunity of hearing and by passing a speaking order. Till such time, as stated by the learned counsel for the State, the allotments shall not be finalized. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
