The instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for setting aside impugned award dated 14.05.2014 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court-II, Gurgaon, whereby respondent No.2workman has been ordered to be reinstated with continuity of service and full back wages w.e.f. 17.04.2006. A further prayer has been made for staying the operation of the aforesaid impugned award dated 14.05.2014. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties concerned before the APURVA 2023.09.29 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

 

  Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide Settlement/Agreement dated 05.09.2023.
