H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the present revision petition before this Court directly instead of approaching the Court of Sessions, at the first instance. Though counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Court of Sessions and this Court have got concurrent jurisdiction, but the petitioner ought to have availed of the remedy by approaching the Court of sessions, instead of coming to this Court directly. The petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to the remedy of approaching the Court of Sessions.
