The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to transfer the investigation of a case FIR No.114 dated 31.10.2022, registered under Sections 324, 323, 447, 511, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur, to any other police station of other district or any other superior officer of IPS Rank as respondent No.3 is in connivance with respondents No.5 to 9.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, as well as, the nature of the offence involved in the matter, this Court does not find any reason to interfere in the matter so as to order transfer of the investigation to any other police station or any other authority. 3.

Dismissed.
