Civil Writ Petition No. 19497 of 2012 In view of the above undisputed fact situation obtaining in the present case, impugned orders Annexures P-1 to P-4 have not been found suffering from any patent illegality or perversity. All the four revenue authorities have recorded their concurrent findings of facts which deserve to be maintained.
In view of what has been observed hereinabove and coupled with the fact that RSA No. 1080 of 2010, which was the basis of the present case has already been dismissed, this writ petition has been found misconceived, bereft of merit and without any substance, thus, it must fail. No case for interference has been made out.
Resultantly, with the abovesaid observations made, instant writ petition stands dismissed, however, with no order as to costs. (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) JUDGE 16.8.2016 Ak Sharma Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether reportable:
