This writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned show cause notice dated 08.09.2020 calling upon the writ petitioner to explain as to why he should not be compulsorily retired from the service. Learned counsel for the writ petition has submitted that the writ petitioner has already submitted a detailed reply in response to the show cause notice, the decision whereon is still awaited. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is dismissed as premature with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one after the decision on the show cause notice.
