CRR-F-78-2017 Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 11.11.2016 passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon whereby the learned Court below has allowed the petition under Section 127 Cr.P.C filed by the respondent-wife for enhancement of maintenance and the respondent-wife was awarded maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month from the date of filing of the petition i.e 27.02.2015. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
A bare perusal of the impugned order shows that the respondent-wife was awarded maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month, as the petitioner has filed a reply in a petition under Section 24 of HMA and claims to be earning Rs.10,000/- per month.
